Our Story
MBX Homes actually started because we saw so many people struggling with the same problems—low vacation rental bookings, not enough visibility, and honestly, a lot of property managers just not taking care of homes the way they should. We thought, “Why not do this better?” That’s how MBX was born.
From the beginning, we wanted to be more than just another management company. We wanted to be the kind of team you’d actually want to work with—reliable, super responsive, and genuinely invested in your success. We’re all about transparency, too. That’s why our clients get their funds upfront, and we just bill for our services separately. No weird surprises.
We also realized that just listing on Airbnb wasn’t enough. So, we built connections with relocation reps, insurance agents, and even people in sports and entertainment to get our clients’ homes booked directly. And we don’t just rely on cleaners—we have account managers and inspectors who make sure every property is always in top shape.
